Dr. Owen Facey

Dr. Owen Facey is trained in the area of anthropology and intercultural communications. He specializes in the area of demographic and ethnographic research. He has a wealth of experience as a consultant to non-profit organizations. He has authored various books and articles. Dr Facey is an experienced and sought after seminar leader, focus group facilitator and speaker. Dr. Facey also has extensive experience in consumer research and analysis. He brings an international perspective to the field of quantitative and qualitative research, having lived and worked in Canada, the West Indies and the United States.

Karlene Facey MBA

Karlene Facey MBA, is a graduate of The University of Technology with a degree in Marketing.  She has also achieved the prestigious designation of Chartered Marketer from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Moore Hall England. Karlene has extensive knowledge in the financial services industry having spent 16 years working with banks and Credit Unions. She received the designation of Fellow of the Credit Union Institute of Canada (FCUIC). Karlene Facey is currently the C.E.O. of Clarocision Research & Marketing. She has extensive experience in market research, focus group moderating, marketing and branding. She specializes in the area of customer acquisition and retention. She holds a MBA from one of Europe’s leading universities – University of Liverpool in England.

Juliette Silva-Middlesworth

Juliette Silva-Middlesworth has over twenty five years experience in Advertising, Market Research and Marketing. She has extensive experience in conducting custom Qualitative and Quantitative research to provide clients with in-depth and actionable information for strategic and proactive business and marketing management. She has provided services to companies like: GS&B Lintas; Market Segment Research, Univision, The Gillette Company, Font &Vaamonde/Grey Advertising, Millward Brown, Synovate, Inc. (formerly Market Facts, Inc) and TNS Global (formerly NFO WorldGroup). Juliette Silva-Middlesworth was born in the USA of Hispanic origin, which enables her to understand and apply cultural differences and similarities with regard to products, brands and services.

Gratia Gant-Wright

Gratia Gant-Wright has been conducting studies within the health and social science industry since the late 1980’s. Prior to that she worked extensively in the market research field for Fortune 500 organizations as lead economist as well as administrator of market research activities, managing budgets exceeding $1.3 million annually. She has extensive experience organizing, conducting and analyzing focus groups, interviews and surveys involving sensitive issues. She has authored books and articles including, Focus Group Training Module, “Design and Standardization of the Test of Older Adults Knowledge of Psychological Difficulties”, and “Implementation of Mass Media Community Health Research”. Gratia is available for moderating on a national scale

Douglas Gutierrez MBA

Douglas Gutierrez MBA  has over 15 years of experience in the market research field. He holds an MBA Degree from Nova Southeastern University. Douglas has managed many international projects relating to market research in the following field Cigarettes, Banking & Credit Institutions, Automobile Market, Non-Alcoholic & Alcoholic Beverages and Print Media. Douglas’ international experience includes coordination of Market Research projects in Central America (Guatemala all the way to Panama), Dominican Republic and some specific markets in the United States. He is fluent in Spanish and English and has experience in moderating focus groups and in-depth interviews.

Dr. Guy C. Jeanty, LMHC, LMFT

Dr. Guy C. Jeanty, LMHC, LMFT is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University’s School of Humanities and Social Sciences where he majored in Marriage and Family Therapy. Dr. Jeanty has a wealth of knowledge and experience conducting qualitative research within the health and social science industry. As a licensed counselor he has worked in a variety of social service agencies. He has been an Assessment Specialist, conducting clinical evaluation. He also worked as a substance abuse therapist in a forensic program for adolescent males. Dr. Jeanty was the Program Director for a Florida Assertive Community Treatment program at Bayview Mental Health Center.Prior to working in community mental health Dr. Jeanty has conducted numerous workshops and focus groups. As a Research Assistant with the Department of Education Nova Southeastern University he conducted qualitative research in various areas. Combined, his experience in social services is more than 20 years. He brings an international perspective to the field of qualitative research, having lived and worked in the West Indies and the United States. He is fluent in English and Creole.
