Our background: Clarocision Research & Marketing, formally Carolana Research was founded in 1993 to meet the market research needs of clients. Our core services include collection of data on the responses and attitudes of retail and business consumers in the areas of new product development, advertising concepts and package designs.   Data is collected through focus groups, taste testing, telephone interviews, online interviews and mall intercepts. Our marketing services include customer acquisition and retention consultations, creation of corporate identity through branding, interactive marketing and social media marketing.
